本品加入聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃类高分子材料中, 能螯合铜、铁锰、钴等重金属离子使其失去活性, 有效地抑制重金属离子对高分子材料的催化老化的危害作用, 延长使用寿命。该产品具有很强的抑制重金属离子的催化老化能力，抗铜害效果显著并且具有与树脂相溶性好，分散性好，不迁移，不污染，耐水，油抽出性好，不影响树脂的电绝缘性能及其他性能等优点, 是一种理想的抗铜剂. 广泛用于以聚乙烯，聚丙烯等为绝缘材料的铜芯电线电缆中，用其生产通讯电缆，海底电缆，油矿电缆，电力电缆等。

本产品能与其它添加剂并用，与抗氧剂并用能产生协同效应，与交联剂并用不影响交联度，在树脂中的添加量一般为0.1-0.5%。

When adding into polymer such as polyethylene or polypropylene, this product can chelate heavy metals, such as Cu, Fe, Mn, Co, and so on, and make them inactive. Thus, it can inhibit the catalytic aging effect of heavy metals on polymer material, and prolong the service life. The product possesses very strong ability to inhibit the catalytic aging effect of heavy metals. It has not only remarkable anti-copper effect but also well resin-compatibility. It has excellent dispersity, and has many other advantages such as non-migratory, non-contaminative, waterresistant, easily extracted by oil, no effect on electrical resistivity and so on. It is used extensively in wire and cable with polyethylene or polypropylene as insulation material. With above wire and cable, the communication cable, submarine cable, oil deposit cable and power cable can be manufactured.

This product can use together with other additives, and can generate synergistic effect with antioxidant . When use together with with crosslinking agent, it can not influent  the crosslinking degree. The adding amount in resin is normally 0.1-0.5%.

Storage and Package:

Use two-layer plastics bag as inner packing and paper carton as external packing.
