抗氧剂 1024 广泛用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚脂,尤其适用于酚醛树脂的抗氧
化剂,可有效防止聚合物因过渡金属离子(如催化剂残留物)存在所致的自氧化。
抗氧剂 1024 用于绝缘电线、电缆用聚合物中(包括聚烯烃和弹性体)效果更佳.完美的熔融特性
使其容易混合到上述聚合物中及其它聚合物体系中而不出现分散问题.一般用量为 0.1-0.5%.
包装与贮存:抗氧剂 1024 无毒、不易燃、不腐蚀、不刺激、贮存稳定性好,采用 25KG 纸板桶内衬塑袋包装.

Features

MD-1024 is a specially-good-effect deactivator for LDPE conductor
contacting with copper. It’s also recommended for metal contacting
materials such as POM, TPE, TPUR, EPDM, BR.
MD-1024 is a stabilizer both in processing and long-term service. It could
be used alone or with other phenolic antioxidants.
